This is the 2nd edition of the trilogy of embarrassment. The Gods of TDRS have decided to let Eddie Rotten take a back seat in this, our 33rd episode. And sitting in the passenger is none other than Eddie Rottens wife, Jenny Rotten. She keeps up with Dirty Pete as best as she can but lets face it... DP's a dirty bastard so its 'hard' to keep up. No pun intended ;) Again, since DP is down visiting for the specific reason to create podcast history with Eddie Rotten, the content is questionable and disgusting at best. But to sum it up: DP steps into politics, which brings up GOD, which brings up religion, which brings up terrorists, which brings up aliens, which brings up hot chicks, which brings up Hollywood sluts, which brings up who would snoodle and who wouldn't snoodle, which brings up faithfulness, which brings up marriage therapy with Jen and Eddie Rotten, which brings up stress relievers, which brings up pot and good music... I could go on and on and on. Just listen and decide for yourself. Does TDRS 'need' a female point of view? Or should TDRS remain the scumbags you all grew to love. Dirty Pete decides to take a vacation, and flies down to Tejas to meet his life partner Eddie Rotten. Not a 'real' life partner, but best friends for this many years has to come with a bad ass title that's at least equal to gay lovers.... where was I going.. oh yea. So this podcast is a conglomerate of years of pinned up angst and frustration, happy and sadness, goods and bads, and everything else that best buds talk about on the phone over the years. But now that they're face to face... life just turns into one big JOKE!!
Keep an open mind and be sure to respect the ability to laugh at life as we do. I'd like to leave paper trail of what we talk about in this one... but that's not really smart. I can guarantee a couple 'drop jaws' and 'high brows' though. It seems that high end Wal-mart Cheese and Merlot make for a good primer for conversation we're not even sure is legal on the internet... So, after long and careful deliberation, We give you TDRS EPISODE 32. ////YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED//// (ages 21- & 60+ need not listen in fear of heart attack or fits of becoming sue happy)

Theres nothing worse than recording an hour long podcast, to find out that your computer sux and decides to delete the whole thing. Well, thats technology for you. We are happy members of the PODGODS NETWORK, and we mean to bring top notch crappy podcasting for your hearing aids to play with so here's number 31 of TDRS!
Eddie does what he can to hold down the fort without DP. DP isnt able to record on the second go 'round, so Eddie stumbles on himself as a solo voice. But, there is lots of audio here to fill in the gaps. Several bits actually. Eddie calls DP during the UTAH fire and gets him to go back into a burning city to nab his motorcycle from the garage, against the wishes of the military evacuating the town.
DP also gets his intro into big TV with a few commercials for 5 HOUR ENERGY, that might make national spots. So you get an inside to what real radio is, and what the possibilities are, pretty cool actually.
Eddie Rotten tries to tie himself into that by playing a few of his jingles that he sold to different people, but really 'just keeping up' is a better way of saying it... ITS ALL GOOD.

Being a part of the POD GODS NETWORK has its advantages. Were still working out the kinks, but we think were helping the PGN become everything they never wanted to be or stand for. This thing is all over the place! Studio owner J.D. joins Dirty Pete and Eddie Rotten in this marathon of a podcast. We give HUGE props to all the podgods, then we dive face first into the twisted and complex ins and outs of being a man in the world of radio. The stories that follow. The grief and triumph of when music was on its way out and big radio was on its way in. The days of mayhem in radio are discussed in full detail. We talk about women, wives, and woes, and why we wont wave a wand to wisp by the womb. SAY THAT 10 TIMES FAST! We talk about the music we'd rather hear.... that they wont play on the radio. We talk food, podcasts, twitter, facebook, and why they're all so important to little people like us. This is the longest podcast we've ever published, and as odd as it might be to drink your rum and coke this weekend and listen to the whole thing front to back, we wouldn't change this 4th of JULY SPECIAL for anything!
